Convert Code is a service which converts your template into valid XHTML and CSS. It also allows its clients the acquisition of domains and hosting.

How much does the conversion of each page costs?

The conversion of the main page costs $ 183 and each additional page has a 50% discount, in 1 day turnaround.

An additional page is a page with a different content using a similar structure to the main page. (your template)

Quality standards

The website (code) must and will have to correspond to template initially designed by the customer.

Is the code commented?

All the developments made have commented code to be more easily understood.

Is it possible to do any changes after the code is delivered?

During the first 5 working days, after the delivery of the code,it is possible to do small changes to the initial template (free of charge).

Domains and Hostings

What kind of domains can be acquired?

The following domains can be acquired: .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info.

Is it possible to buy only one domain and one hosting?

Yes, an e-mail mentioning this is enough.

And one domain only?

It is only possible the purchase of domains if the customer chooses an associated hosting.

I intend to have a different hosting?

Convert Code has some hostings, however we can make one to meet your demands. Please, contact us.

Payments and Devolutions

What currency is used in payments?

All prices in this site are listed in Dollars (US Dollars). We also accept Euros.

Which are the payment options?

We accept several ways of payment: Money Bookers, Money Gram, PayPal and Western Union.

Are returns accepted?

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- When, by any reason, it is impossible to complete the order.
- If the request to cancel the order is received before its start.

Files

What’s important when sending the files?

- Sources: please do not forget to include the fonts associated to your template.

- Menus: your website may have rollovers on certain elements such as the navigation or main links in your content, be sure to include their states (colours or images).

- Other details: any details considered important, please do not forget to mention them.

Important: Please make sure that the file corresponds to your template, prior to its sending.

Files

What types of files are accepted?

The types of files accepted are the following: .ai, .psd, .png, .jpg, .gif or .tiff.

What if my template has several files?

In this case, all must be gathered in the same file (ZIP or RAR).

Browsers and Tests

In which browsers is my website tested?

After programming, the code is tested in Internet Explorer 6 and 7 (PC), Mozilla Firefox (PC) and Opera (PC). Thus the website will be, at least, compatible with previously mentioned browsers.

Are old versions supported?

All our tests are done in the last versions of all previously mentioned browsers.

Privacy

Does Convert Code signs its works?

No. Convert Code respects the privacy of its customers and as such will never leave its name or any link that identifies it. No information of its clients whatsoever will be given to a third-party.
